What types of wood are your
mantles made of?
We carry a variety of mantles made from
different types of wood: Aspen, Birch, Choi, Linden, and
Trupan. Please see each
product's details for the types of wood it is available
in. To have a mantle made from another wood type,
please fill out our
Custom Mantle
Request Form.
Do you carry mantles made of
stone?
Yes,
stone mantles have the same look and feel of a
limestone mantle but are less expensive.

How do I place a mantle order?
Contact us at -

order over the phone or find the mantle to
buy online and press the
"Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping cart. We will receive your order details
via email and will reply back to you with an order
confirmation.
Do you build custom mantles?
We can provide you a custom quote on any
of the mantles listed on our -

Shipping
How long does it take to ship
out
my mantle?
We usually ship your order out within
7-10 business days. Custom mantle lead times vary.
How long does it take to
receive my mantle?
It depends on your location but normally
3-7 days from the ship date.
Product Returns

May I return a mantle?
Returns on stock wood
mantles may be shipped back
by customer. A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges
will be paid by the customer. Please
email us for return
authorization. Custom built mantles may not be
returned. Stone mantle returns depends on what is
stated in original quote.
